The big Etoo Ibra Swap !!!!!! who wins

The biggest story to hit rafters after the CR7 transfer seems to be the Etoo Ibra swap between Barcelona and Inter Milan !!! the whole football world was saying barca got better and inter lost a star but honestly i have a gut feeling that barca are going to suffer from this deal and inter might not get better but if it is more a question who losses more i have to say Barca ! why? just rewind 3 years back when they had Henry Ronaldinho Messi and Etoo and they failed miserably. They were so successful last season because if u watched them hey were so exciting coz iniesta and xavi were the creative minds and you had Henry Etoo and Messi to finish of all the chances in Etoo they lost a true 25 goal a season poacher look at the guys record 108 goals in 145 games thats an average of 75% which is terrific and they lose him now Ibra is not the quickest and not a poacher he is a great striker and will work well with a system like inter where he instigated most of the openings for himself or for others




now in guardiola style they have to run to the box and score which i doubt of ibra on other hand inter get a top class poacher in etoo and if the deal for Snejider is confirmed then they have got a brilliant creative midfielder and two poachers in sammy and milito

to conclude this will not make inter champions league winner contenders but will make them firm favorites for SERIE A

The group dynamics

In any organization or an educational institutions the first thing the members are asked to do is not form clique's but inevitably we end up with many of them

Now this is what i can make up of why they are formed

1) Insecurity hat they may be left out so trying to forge a group and taking initaives to ensure they are satisfied
2) To adhere to the stereotypes they have seen in the movies of groups while being in college
3) To try to brag and show that i have a group of friends and boast it over others
4) To ensure they have a power coterie for their personal works

I have never been part of a clique and am not sure if i want to be but they make great groups to study

is hr a career for me ?? thats the belief i have and hope the decision i have taken will be correct

I am shy of interacting with people and think of 10 times before interacting them but i have a gut feeling with its practical approach and my analytical mind i will be able to kick it up

Tough times for Mitch Kupchak

now tha lakers have wrapped up the NBA championship redemption for Kobe, jerry buss and Mitch after trading Shaq now lies the important decisions for mitch. Is phil coming back ???? he must if this team succeeds or can he get mike kryzeswki ? what about Odom,Ariza and shannon brown ? they were 3 crucial players and all free agents ? what about draft i would love 'em to take nick calathes wont count on cap next year and will be a great addition in 2010

The lakers run riot In game ! of the nba finals

Its friday morning and anxiously i check out my espn NBA widget score to see the score of the first game and in the end the lakers blow it out with a comfortable 100-75 win thanks to the black mamba who posted "lebron-esque" stats of 40 pts 8reb 8assists and great zone defence to ensure the long range snipers of magic are kept at bay great defence by ariza and odom on turk and lewis and kudos for andrew bynum dint have a greatgame by stats but 9 pts and 9 reb. and limiting superman Dwight howard to jus one field goal if they can keep momentum and win game 2 i think it will be then curtains for the magic and their terrific season

mein Karia munda ye shapath leta hoon........

You sometimes the little birdie in your head makes right guesses about right people and Karia Munda is one of them. I was so fascinated by his name and the first time i heard his name was in 1996 during the lok sabha oath and speeches i was a 6 year ol' kid who loved to watch tv and the only channel accessible was Doordarshan or DD 1 and it used to have these seasons i got so bored of these that i remember i made a small own pledge which went like this "Mein Karia Munda desh ka nalayak ye kasam khata hoon hi ki jhoot hi boloonga aur kuch kaam nahi karoonga". The only other thing other than political parties which are mushrooming up are the Television channels and each one has its reality show for dancing, singing, kids and who knows what next infants and its really horrible watching them especially when everyone in your family except of me wants to watch some guy/gal croon or shake a leg and better than that cry for votes i think these could be the breeding grounds for aspiring politicians awesome training for vote begging and coming back to the heading i concluded after watching zillion reality shows that these shows are staged by some F******g Nazi following white supremacists who are directly responsible or own the channel !!!! Why such an abrupt conclusion just look all the participants they are fitted with a code like the Jews got in the concentration camps of Auschwitz and Warsaw among others and they could really forget their names but not their codes and then you have them on stage crying for votes and sympathy for their horrendous performances abd we have people who feel pity for them.
